HOPE works for the educational success for Hispanics at all levels to increase graduation rates by active participation with education institutions.
HOPE supports Hispanic students’ efforts to gain the training and education necessary to pursue and achieve their ambitions by annually providing college and/or higher education scholarships to deserving Hispanic students

Who should apply?
- Graduating Hispanic high school seniors from Laramie County. High School Senior Application
- Current Hispanic full-time students at Laramie County Community College continuing their education at: LCCC; the University of Wyoming; or other 4 year institutions. Continuing Student Application
When is the application period?
Scholarship application forms are available from HOPE in February ; and must be returned no later than April 1, 2026.

What to expect after submitting the application?
You will be notified that your application was received. Additional information may be requested (if items are missing). Then after Applications are screened, applicants participate in a personal interview.

The following Memorial Scholarships are awarded by the Memorial Families to students who receive the general HOPE Scholarship
